Once you accept an invitation, the event will appear on your calendar, just like normal. To join, just click the event in Google calendar to open the event and then click Join Zoom Meeting:


If it’s your first time in a Zoom meeting, you’ll be prompted to download and install the Zoom client:

It’s recommended that the client program be used whenever possible to get the most out of Zoom, but it’s still possible to join using just a browser.

Once the client installer is downloaded, click to run it, and accept any prompts that follow:

Once you’ve accepted the prompts, you’ll see a progress bar indicating how long until you can join the Zoom meeting:

Once the client has been installed it will open and present the Zoom Meeting interface.
