Q: When do I need to use to VPN client?

A: When you are connected to a network outside of Materialogic, (a cell phone hotspot, public or hotel wifi, home wifi, etc).


Launching the VPN Client:

  1. The VPN client doesn't start with windows, and will need to be launched before you can use it to connect. Find this icon and double click it to launch the VPN client.

2. Once the VPN client is launched, it will be in the system tray near your system clock: 

3. Simply double click the icon in the system tray and provide your login info when prompted:

4. Once connected you'll see a message indicating you're now connected to Materialogic-VPN
